We understand that plans can change. For this in-person event with fixed costs, we offer partial refunds based on the following timeline:
Cancellations up to 60 days in advance (until 12am Pacific on Sept 7, 2026): You will receive a 80% refund of your registration fee, minus 10% for processing fees and administrative costs.
Cancellations less than 30 Days in advance (after 12am on October 7, 2026): No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@ignitebewell.com. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request.

Diwali Kirtan & Celebration Saturday closes with mantra kirtan, sacred sound, and a Diwali DJ celebration. Dance as devotion. Ritual as joy.
Chai Lounge & Community Traditional vegan chai, Indian snacks, and sweets from Bijal of Masalawalli Chai each morning a cultural welcome and a moment of gathering before we begin.
