Transparent Refund Policy:

We understand that plans can change. However, for this in-person event with fixed costs, we offer partial refunds based on the following timeline:

Cancellations up to 60 days in advance (until 12am Pacific on Sept 7, 2026): You will receive a 80% refund of your registration fee, minus 10% for processing fees and administrative costs.

Cancellations less than 30 Days in advance (after 12am on October 7, 2026): No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@ignitebewell.com. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request.
